All purchases must be made via authorized methods. Access to digital materials is granted upon successful processing of your order. Delivery of goods follows order confirmation.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Services

Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours prior to a scheduled appointment by contacting Customer Support. Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a full refund of service fees. Requests received less than 72 hours before are subject to a 50% fee retention due to resource allocation. No refunds are issued for appointments missed without notice.

Clients may request a change of appointment date up to 48 hours prior to the original schedule. We will make best efforts to accommodate new dates.

4.2 Digital Materials

Customers may request a refund of digital materials within 14 days of purchase if the downloads or access passages have not been opened. After this period or once access has been initiated, fees are non-refundable, as immediate delivery prevents retraction.

4.3 Goods

Customers have 30 days from delivery to send back goods in original condition and packaging. Once the item arrives at our facility and passes inspection, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless a defect is confirmed.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after modifications implies acceptance.
